“Explore Close to Home” Family Hike
When: 9 AM - 11 AM
Where: Kemper Woods in Lake Hallie
Do you enjoy morning hikes? Connecting youth to nature? Family time in the woods? Grab your hiking shoes and the kids (or grandkids) because this walk is for you!
Mark your calendar for “Explore Close to Home,” a 1 mile guided family walk through the trails at Kemper Woods. Join the Chippewa County Land Conservancy (CCLC) on August 27th, at 9:00 a.m. CCLC volunteers will guide you along the established trail.
What to bring:
Bug Spray
Water
Yourself and your favorite Little One(s), dressed for adventure!
(Tip: pants tucked into socks prevent tick bites)
The hike is free to the public but donations are appreciated. Sign-up is required as space is limited.
